In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ketchup, Brush ’N Broil Sauce, Champagne Mustard, and white wine until well combined.

Add the cooked shrimp and sliced onion, tossing gently to coat everything in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight to give all those flavors plenty of time to mingle.

When ready to serve, remove the shrimp from the marinade and drain well.

For an appetizer, secure the shrimp with toothpicks and arrange on a serving platter. For a salad, serve the shrimp over a bed of crisp lettuce.

Strips of Roasted Pork Recipe

Prep Time:  10 minutes (Plus marinade overnight)

Cook Time:  1 1/2 hours

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup Cherchies® Brush 'n Broil Sauce

  • 1/4 cup bourbon

  • 3 TBSP. Honey

  • 3 lbs. pork tenderloin


Preparation
Combine the first three ingredients, then pour over the pork tenderloin in a shallow glass dish. Cover and refrigerate meat overnight, turning at least once.

Place meat in a shallow dish or on a rack, and bake at 300° for about 1 1/2 hours, occasionally basting with the marinade. 

Allow meat to cool, then cut into thin slices about / an inch thick. Cut slices into strips and arrange them on a bed of lettuce.  You can also serve this as an appetizer with toothpicks.

Mushroom and Sherry Dip Recipe

Warm up on a wintry day with this tasty dip. It is perfect for easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 TBSP. flour

  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 16 oz. cream cheese softened

  • 1/4 cup Cherchies® Brush ‘N Broil Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sherry

  • 11⁄2 cups sour cream

Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil for about 6 minutes or until tender. Add flour, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and Cherchies® Brush 'n Broil. Stir and heat until cheese is blended. Remove from heat and add bacon, sherry, and sour cream. Serve warm with corn chips.

Spray 4 to 6 skewers with cooking spray. Put ingredients on a skewer in the order they are listed in the recipe. (Skewer the sausage through the casing, leaving the cut edge open for even cooking. Skewer the shrimp through the length of the shrimp.)

Place skewers on a cookie tray and brush generously with Brush 'N Broil, turning to coat evenly on all sides.

Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Place on grill over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes per 1/4 turn.

Sprinkle with Lem'n Pepper Spicy Seasoning Blend during the last two minutes of grilling.
